We had an ice storm I called and told uhaul I wasn't Comfortable driving on all the ice they said since it was a winter storm I wouldn't be charged or faulted for this. I drop it off the very next morning at this location. He didn't want to listen to anything I had to say was more interested in playing his video game. Didn't even check my truck in at that moment just set the keys down and went about playing his game.
