My original pickup location was Stillwater, OK, and was only contacted late afternoon the day before pickup, that there was no trailer available. The person who contacted me (OKC) was insensitive and showed no empathy. He said my ONLY option would be for me to drive to a neighboring town to get it. Me! I had driven from Conway, AR, to move furniture back to Arkansas. I had scheduled helpers to load furniture. I was forced to change all plans LATE THE AFTERNOON before picking up trailer. I feel Uhaul had plenty of time before pickup time, to deliver another trailer to the Stillwater location so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. I want to be contacted by someone please.

This isn't a "location". It was just a patch of dirt next to a few old buildings. I wasn't sure what to do once I got to the location. Didn't know what was going on until I got a phone call from Chris. I was also told by the Stillwater location employee that the Glencoe "location" was a "full service station" and "it will have all of the materials you need". This was obviously not the case once I got there. Very disappointed in that because I needed supplies. Also, there was a bunch of trash in the back of the truck when I opened it. Overall, not pleased with this at all.
