Hire another u-haul employee or teach the employee that was present at the time how to be a u-haul specialist. Personally, they shouldn't be U-haul representitives.

Michael B.Location was a locally owned towing company. No one was there to accept trailer. I called Uhaul and they said to just leave trailer. Guy finally showed up and took possession of trailer but Uhaul still charged me an extra day for being late. I was not late. Also the pick up time was not correct either. Uhaul needs to evaluate their pick up and drop off locations more carefully. Uhaul said they would remove additional charge but charge but I had to call and complain to get it done. This is poor business. I will not use Uhaul in the future
