Went to pickup vehicle and it said it hadnt been assigned. Only one on lot. Took over 30 minutes to have person inside do it all manually after putting all information online. There was a fair bit of snow inside of the cab, a frozen pop bottle. Very little gas and no windshield washer. Had to get hot water to unfreeze back door. When I brought back vehicle the person said in would be a couple minutes because she had customers in store fine. But they kept coming in and they made me wait. She woudn't take the photo from my phone as proof. I left the same amount of gas they left me and still charged me for 10 litres at a $0,45 premium from the pumps onsite. Not the first place I will go to move anything again.

I am not satisfied with the service provided by dealer. It took a lot of time to pick up and drop the van. The representative was not aware about the basic information and i had to deal with everything. No happy
