The truck itself was dirty, smelly, and not cleaned. There was cigarette ash in the door and cup holders, the steering wheel was sticky, and the back of the truck had dirt and trash in it. There was also no windshield fluid. The process of mobile check in took so long (40 minutes to go through the process and be “approvedâ€), I missed my pick up window for the items I needed the truck for. The chat agent said he would not approve a paper license (mine was a temporary one since moving to a new address) but would take an expired or invalid one? How is that okay at all? If I didn't have my old one on hand I would have been screwed. I ended up being so and spent over 250$ to basically rent a truck to drive around in because I wasn't able to pick up my items.
