I missed the change to the pickup connection. Modestly inconvenience to travel to second location. Service at pickup site was courteous but rep was a bit unfamiliar with the checkout process. Site was a warehouse with Uhaul as a side hustle. Felt like I was interrupting someone's work. Miles and time allocated at checkout did not sync with return site assigned. Using assigned return location would have required more miles than allowed and did not open until 10:30 AM when return deadline was 9:45.

It would have saved a lot of time if we were told prior to the rental date, that you need the app to get the vehicle. We spent over an hour trying to figure out what to do since the location was closed and nobody was answering calls.
