There was no one there upon drop off as, again, we were later than we intended on being due to the pick up location being so out of the way.

When advised by the one-way booking team of this pick up location is was not clear that the location was a u-haul partner and not a flagship store as such I did not receive the dolly requested with my rental. Also the partner was unfamiliar with how to add an additional authorized driver to the rental aggreement which required a long call and follow up support from contact centre. I appreciated that the truck was clean and in good working order. And the service I received at the pick up location was friendly albeit slow. I would recommend more training/support for this u-haul partner. Additionally, I would not recommend this location as it is not near my start location, nor close to those I know in the area.

wahidullah nI picked up a truck today morning for 2 hours and I drop off on time which supposed to charge me around 60 dollars but the cut 128dollars from my credit card. I don’t know why?
