A designated drop off spot for after hours would be great.
Sean MI was a first time renter, so I wasn’t familiar with the mobile drop offs procedure. While the directions were clear in the mobile app/ on the site, a text reminding the customer to follow all of the steps before dropping the keys in the return slot would be a helpful addition!
Jane Kwas left wrong key in lock box and could not get a hold of owner nor field manager until over an hour later when I took it upon myself to search into Google to find owners cell phone number in which I called and wasn't too happy that I was calling him on his day off etc so I feel I should be reimbursed in some way here due to this horrible experience in which delayed my day hours behind schedule..here is my phone number 9739700959 I would appreciate someone contacting me please
