Be aware that if you drop off the vehicle when the office is closed, it takes a bit of time to download the app to process your return. It entails, taking pictures of the inside cab, the odometer, and the inside compartment of the truck for the app and processing through the questions before dropping your keys into the drop box.

I was never told there was a mileage limit. Truck window leaked rain on me while driving. I was told I could drop off at any location in Washington DC area but when I tried to do this was told there was a $200 charge for dropping off in DC vs. Virginia. Very frustrating to waste time and keep the truck an extra day due to bad information.

I rented a UHAUL on Saturday, scheduled from 12-8PM, and returned it at 7PM. They charged me for 2 days of rental and didn't respond to an email asking for clarification.

There was no truck available to fill our reservation. UHaul said the system had overbooked and no vehicle was available at the originally ordered location. We had to travel 2 towns over to find another truck. I am trying to contact customer service but am unable to get through. I am currently on-hold for over 21 minutes as I write this. Terrible service experience; absolutely non-existent customer service. Never again.

The online return provided by Uhaul is not a very accessible mode of checking in/returning vehicles on Sundays.

We had to use three cell phones to get location information working to complete the return because it was a rural area. We also had problems with the app trying to enter the correct mileage. The return was very frustrating and took way longer than it should have because of these things.

Load bars, truck straps, and a dolly/hand truck should come with the larger vehicles. Mileage should not matter, just that customer replaced gas that was used.

I made a reservation 2 weeks before pick-up for a 26 ft truck. They day before I received a phone call saying my truck could be picked up in North Adams which is an hour + drive for me and extremely inconvenient. So the day of I was given a 15 ft truck and charged the same rate $85. This is outrageous and I am very dissatisfied with this company. I will not be using UHAUL ever again and will not be recommending any family or friends to patronize this establishment either.

I have a complaint. The woman that attended my service today (07/18/2018, The UHaul at 333 Rocky Hill Rd.) was very rude and unprofessional. When I arrived to return the Van, she was already complaining about a client she was on the phone with. Then she rushed me out and said she would email my receipt without telling me the total price. I asked her for the price and she said, "feel free to wait" and she went outside, inspected the Van and returned with an empty water bottle that I apparently left int he Van. She said " you left this in the Van, do you want it back... here, its yours". I felt she was throwing it in my face for leaving the empty bottle in the Van. I just felt she was very rude throughout the entire process. I will not return to this facility again.

The location itself and its' employees were wonderful-- the U-Haul experience overall was horrible. I reserved a trailer approximately a month before my moving date. I was called the day before my rental and told that my pick-up location had changed and I would be picking up the trailer at a different location than the one I had originally specified. I asked the person who contacted me if it was possible to then pick-up the trailer that day, to which his response was that he had no idea and I would have to physically go to that location to check. I went to that location and was told that it was available, went through the process of changing the reservation to a day earlier to then find out that "traffic" had quickly scheduled the trailer for that day for a few hours. The girls who work at Stadium then tried to contact "traffic" who did not answer their multiple calls and messages. After waiting for roughly an hour, the pick-up time had passed for that reservation so they told me they were able to then rent it to me. They proceeded to start the reservation process again to then find out that "traffic" had reserved me for a different, more expensive, trailer because the 4X8 was not available, even though I had made the reservation for the trailer a month earlier. The girls then proceeded to tell me that "traffic" did not readjust the price and that I was being charged for the larger trailer (5X8) even though that was not the trailer I wanted nor needed (they did not have a 4X8 trailer anywhere near my location). They told me that staff at rental locations are unable to change pricing as it is a corporate job and that "traffic" would have to change it within the system for me to not have to pay the upcharge. I sat in Stadium Storage for roughly another hour waiting for "traffic" to respond to their calls/messages and finally gave up to go run errands and asked for them to call me when it was resolved. I returned 30 min later after receiving no call to the staff apologizing profusely that "traffic" still had not responded. I sat in Stadium for approximately 20 more minutes when "traffic" then responded saying that the Stadium employees could change the pricing themselves and that the staff at Stadium were more than capable of handling the situation. "Traffic"'s response was rude and inconsiderate, not acknowledging their lack of professionalism in taking nearly 2 hours to answer any requests from the Stadium staff and therefore my wait time of 2 hours. The Stadium girls followed "traffic"'s directions in trying to adjust the rate, which in the end was a failed process and did not work, just as the Stadium staff had said it would. I was then manually filled out a reservation by hand and told to go on my way with the trailer and that they would handle it without me having to sit in wait more since I had been waiting nearly 3 hours at this point. i only needed a one day rental. when i went to pick up the rental, u haul had "given" me 2 days even though i said i needed one day. ( i had to pay for 2 days.) i returned the rental within 24 hours of the pick up time expecting a reimbursement for the extra day i did not need or use. at the drop off location, and also on the phone with uhaul, no reimbursement was given. scam!
