Nothing like everything the way it is
Edward LFast, Professional, and super friendly .... used them multiple times always great service.
Derrick MPlace looked like a junk yard and the unit provided looked like junk. Back gate mechanism was rusty and the gate had a lock on it. Service agent did not have a key for the lock and suggested i cut it off.. The cargo trailer provided was rusty and faded. Did not have the bright red/orange color scheme that U Haul is known for. The only items that looked new was the hitch and tires. One positive item was the check out process. No requirement to provide two telephone number to verify my identity including a call to one of the telephone number provided.
Joseph BThis location needs a refresh. I felt bad for the folks that work there because the place was unkept and dirty. If I use Uhaul again, I will not use this location. On a side note, the district Uhaul person had me go to three different locations which the first two did not have the unit I was looking to rent. Very frustrating and unorganized.
