I called Appliance Solutions and after I got their voicemail I immediately got a text from an unknown number saying "Address please." When I googled the phone number, I saw it was Appliance Solutions so I called the number. As it was ringing, I got two texts saying "Text please" and "text". It was extremely weird to not have any introduction or reason provided for texting vs. a phone call. I decided to just go in and when I was returning the truck, the employee didn't know the answers to my questions like how much I would be charged for being late on my return. He said "like $25, I won't know until I proceed" and I said something like "what if when we proceed it's not $25?" And he said basically if it wasn't $25 it would be "give or take a few dollars". We asked how he didn't know the amount we would be charged and he said it changes day to day. We ended up being charged a little more for being late on the return which was fine but his lack of confidence when giving us information was off putting. I'm guessing it was the same employee who was texting me previously as there were no other employees around. Really strange scenario all around.

THOMAS GNever got out of the chair to greet me. Made me (customer) go to truck for proof that it was filled with gas. Then made me go BACK to the truck to verify the mileage. Would not recommend
MICHAEL BWent to drop off trailer and no one came out to assist or tell me where to park the trailer. Trailer is rather heavy and there is no trailer jack to lift the trailer off the hitch ball so I had to lift the trailer off by myself. When attempting to use the mobile app to return trailer I was kicked out when uploading a picture of where I had parked the trailer. When I went back in the app was showing I had no reservations so I never actually "finished" the return. I found the whole experience confusing and frustrating.
