very hard to find location. they don't want to help you they wait you to do all online.

There was no one at the physical location to assist. I completed all the registration steps on my mobile device but could not locate the key and kept being directed to go inside for assitance but the door was locked. Someone assisted me over the phone but did not speak English very well so it was difficult to communicate but I finally figured out how to access the key. I would not reserve a vehicle here again.

First please get the equipment I asked for and tell me if you're having to make substitutions, that was annoying. Second the website process sucks, it gives me the code and keys before I've paid, you're just asking for alleged things to occur.
