Everyone I dealt with was extremely rude. I called both Uhaul customer service as well as the location. I rented a 10ft truck but was not aware that it did not have a ramp. No one was willing to try to help us with locating a new truck or possibly even compensating us. It did not state that the truck did not have one on the site. Now we have to rent a new truck and spend even more money for only an hour of time.Kyle P.

You encourage people to use the app, but all the photos and the long wait for verification make it more cumbersome and time consuming than in person method. My biggest problem was how long I waited for the information to be verified. This at least should be an easy fix.Dennis H.
I really liked the online cellphone registration and setup. It could be awesome. BUT, i felt like I was moving through the process a bit blind. I came to a lot of stalls that did not clearly specify the problem right away. And I never knew what information I would be required to provide, until the exact moment that i needed it. I think that a previrw of the steps ahead, would help. Also, I.think that it would help if a list of the information I should have on hand, was provided from the very beginning. This way, a customer could sit down, have everything they need, right next to them AND have a little roadmap of what they will need to do with what information is needed. It will streamline your process quite a bit. And customers will LOVE the simplicity.Jeffrey B.

The registration document was not in the vehicle, and therefore we could not use the vehicle to tow a trailer to the landfill, one of our primary reasons for renting the vehicle. When we have rented U-Haul vehicles in the past, the registration has always been in the gloce box. We were on a very tight schedule and the absence of the registration document was extremely inconvenient, costing us time and forcing us to hire an outside company to haul the items to the landfill.AMY W.

Didn't even let me know I was missing the pin for my hitch. It could have been a disaster had the trailer come off. Especially with my daughter and wife in the car this is unacceptable. The guy had his granddaughter helping him assemble it as well. Unless she worked for the company, this is ridiculous. Very small town attitude and I'm glad I didn't tip them. Luckily I avoided the mountains on my trip. But if I hadn't who knows the catastrophic possibilities?Anthony P.

We were late with our drop off, so I called the store and they were very flexible and told me not to worry since the truck wasn't due out until the next morning. There was a small issue as they charged me extra temporarily as the person in the next morning didn't know I had spoken with the person in yesterday and had permission to have the truck. But when I explained what happened to her she was wonderful and immediately requested the charges be reversed. I couldn't be more pleased with them the customer service was excellent! ðŸ˜ŠShar S.
The location and Time was changed late friday and I did not find out until 8am on Saturday. Reservation was made for 830am and changed by Uhaul to 1pm at an entirely different location. Cost me more miles and lost help because of the later time. Overall experience was horrible. I will never rent again from Uhaul!!Pete S.

Faulty wiring on trailer caused me to lose two days, and required that I rent a 10' truck merely for temporary overnight storage of my items that had to be removed from my property - Because the individual at the Hellertown distributor (True Value) was too lazy to investigate the actual source of the problem - he kept saying the problem was with the wiring on my car. I will be seeking a refundPatrick C.
As of 6:30 am on 10/16/2020 We still have not received our final bill for the truck we returned on 10/15/2020 At 2pm. The person who we believe is the owner of the location, was very abrupt with us when we returned the truck and if fact took our paperwork in the parking lot from us and told us there was no need for us to come in, turned and walked away from us. U-haul has all of our personal information but we do not have a final cost. Not happy with our experience and this would be the second time we have not had a good experience at this location. We will not be going back here. Now can we please get a final bill. Thank you.LESLIE B.
Went onto uhaul website to and reserved a truck but when I arrived to pick up it the reservation was no where to be found. I had to get a truck available there which had to be returned back to that spot. I had a pick up and drop off that would have been less than the 30 miles before paying per mile however now I had to pay $62 for mileage. I believe I should not have had to pay that and feel a refund should be granted. The website makes you believe you will be paying one thing but are scammed to paying more.Marissa W.
I wasn't told that the furniture dollies I ordered were not available under after all the paperwork was finalized. I had to go to Home Depot to buy my own dollies adding time and money.William S.

Reserved a 20ft truck for pick at the Whitehall location, time of pickup was 10am Friday Aug 4 2020. I was told I should have received an e-mail where to pick up the truck. I did not receive the e-mail. I was told I had too go too the Allentown location to pick up the 20ft truck. The people at the Allentown location told me the truck was suppose to be back at 9:00 am, but the person who had the truck could not unload it, so they did not return the truck at that time. the manager checked around and found a 26ft truck in Hellertown Pa. In turn that's where I had too go too pick up the truck. With all the paper done, I start the truck and the check engine light come on. They told me to call the road side assistance to see if the truck was safe too drive, they told me as long as the light is not blinking it's safe. To me it was a lot of running around, I was not happy. I think when you reserve a truck at one location that where you should be able to go for that truck and not get the run arounddaniel P.
