I'm being charged for 10 additional days because they did not close out my rental and they told me that they would. I'm expecting a representative to contact me and let me know that in fact these charges are being reversed.

Make sure the trailer is tightened so it doesn’t pop off when leaving. We had to turn around and get the trailer tightened more onto our ball. Dangerous situation.
CHERYL VThe truck was one of the worst u hauls I’ve rented. There were cigarette burns in the headliner.. more dent stickers than not on the outside. Inside wood piece was half off in the back. Location was great staff was great actual U-Haul not amazing.

RONALD TStaff seemed confused and had reservations mixed up. It took a long time to get the rental. Then when I returned the equipment 30 minutes prior to my time slot, the staff blamed me for being late as they has another customer waiting. The other customer said he had been waiting since 10am, while my return was at noon. The staff did not seem to understand that somehow the equipment was double booked and kept telling me I was late. Pretty bad customer service.
