My only problem was I assumed I had moving blankets I was rushed because I had movers to help me and I had to pay it was my first time trying to plan everything just right

Jeremy R.The alignment on the truck is way off, it's dangerous at highway speeds, and the lock on the back is clearly broken, it unshackled when you press on it. I tried reporting this during my check in and it would not let me proceed until I said there was no issues.
Matthew F.Equipment was dirty, but it's a trailer, so it's to be expected. Pickup was super fast and easy, as was the drop off. I'll definitely make this my go to spot for U-Haul rentals. Thanks APT Service, you rock!
Selinna M.Truck was dirty, transmission shifting very hard. No contract showing amount of gas. Therefore I had to put $55 in gas to avoid a surcharge. Did not receive copy of contract until several hours after picking up truck, called location and was told nothing they could do. Will never use u-haul again.
