I received a text to return the truck to this location. The location is nine miles out of Henderson, KY, which is where I requested a return. There are return locations in Henderson. Also, a location in Evansville, IN would have been closer. At the return location, your app crashed twice. Took at least 20 mins to complete the return. And on top of this, I am charged for the miles to take your truck to the location of your choice.

Blakes was great, but uhaul scheduled us to pick up there which was about 30 miles from where we were living.

Was not happy where I had to drive and pick up the trailer up ,40 miles around trip. I had a reservation 30 days in advance and they could not get one delivered at a u-haul location a half mile from my house.
