When I went to the first location they did not let me rent the equipment they said it wasn't ready so I had to go here

Jenna L.Uhaul out of California is ridiculously to much money. Families are struggling and have to come up with almost $3000 just to get out of California. It's highway robbery. I would not recommend for anyone to use uhaul when leaving California, way to much money. The same trip to California from Pennsylvania is only $781. We feel like we were subject to price gouging. It is unfair to families who do not have money like that. I'm still pissed off about it. We are now left with nothing. Totally insane!!!
VINCE S.Updated availability of trucks/vans when customers are booking rentals. I live in Victorville and booked a van a mile away from me but than after booking the van I get a call that the only van available was in Apple Valley which was 8-10 miles from were I booked originally. I got there and the van I rented had a hole in the gas tank so I was sent to Hesperia for the rental which was another 6-8 miles from there. It was a bit of a run around but I got a truck.
