Took 30 minutes to start rent and 30 minutes to complete. Issue with app or internet at the location, each image were taking 5 or more minutes to upload, however phone showed 5g network with 3 antenna bars out of 5. Rental Trucks and key drop box are on opposite sides of the lot, it’s a walk and on top of that it’s a low lighting when returning during dark.

Nicole BI had booked another u-haul first at another location in this area and when i showed up to pick it up there was no key in the lock box and therefore i had to put off my move for another day and had to stay in my apartment past when i was going to be out. there was no support available for this situation, i sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone and nothing. this was an incredibly inconvenient experience and also screwed up my whole moving experience.
SHAKIRA ATruck was ordered with moving pads and dolly which were not picked by the office for mobile pickup. As these were critical for packing the furniture it created a snowball effect which should have been avoided. There was no U-Hsul attendant available at the location, even though their hours indicated that they should have been open, I went to another location to acquire the missing furniture pads and dolly. A nearby location gave me the wrong amount of pads without checking what was on my contract, which caused me to be charged for missing equipment upon my returning the truck. A modern inventory system should have never allowed this to happen as the truck should not have been cleared as ready for pickup without all the items in the contract being placed in the truck. Also there is only a check as to correct quantities of materials at drop off and not during the pickup and when I went to another location to fix the mistake. The final problem is that the guarantee that my vehicle needs to be ready on time only applies to the vehicle and not all the other parts of my order which took an additional 1.5 hours to be resolved incorrectly. This is not disclosed on the website and I even had two customer service reps on the phone tell me conflicting info as to this “guarantee”. Overall a very poor and frustrating experience. How can one use the truck without furniture pads ordered without damaging their expensive furniture? The mobile app which is advertised as being used to pick up trucks at all hours when no customer attendants are available was useless as I needed several live reps to get the truck in usable status to begin my move. I was then changed a fee on top of this. Terrible!!
