Do NOT continually make people drive between 20-40 miles each WAY to PICK UP THE TRUCK! Yesterday I had a one hour, 40 mile round trip to pick up the truck and last year a 80 mile round trip to another state to pick up a truck, both times when there were plenty of trucks at the local facility where I personally went to rent the vehicle. The local manager is wonderful (so none of the comments are directed at her) but this "we'll let you know WHERE your truck is" the day before is insane. I will be using these experiences to teach my university classes on how NOT to run a business.

Since the pick-up location cancelled my reservation, even though I picked up the truck, this location had no record of me needing to turn the truck in. The lady who worked there was very helpful and nice, though, and she called Uhaul to try to figure something out.
