U-haul worker was not at the business, we had to drop off the trailer and the worker at the store could not issue a receipt for the drop off.
BRIAN SI only rented the trailer for 4 hours before returning. Even the gentleman said "wow, you're two days early" when I dropped it off. There should be different tiers of rental rates for these situations. I feel the entire two day rental price was too much for what I needed it for

WILLIAM WThey did not know how to rent equipment. Rented a 26’ truck and car hauler. Said they didn’t know how to enter a combination rental. Tried to rent in Seligman Az. But U-Haul was not willing to get the equipment there which caused me to have to rent in Holbrook. Over 2.5 hours away. Your girl Michelle also said she would file a complaint and I would hear from representatives of U-Haul within 72 hours. That never happened. Very disappointed in this entire process. Unprofessional on U-Haul’s behalf.
