KIRK WTruck pick up was not at the location I requested. No place to park a car during rental, so had to get someone to pick me up at drop off. The truck was scheduled far enough in advance not to have it at the location requested.
JAIME SThe truck assigned to me had a huge gouge in the tire. Equipment left in the truck. I go in the office and explain this and they set me up with another truck. They should have seen these things and put it out of commission until fixed. I should not have had to deal with it. Staff was great. They just need to check the returns better.
