My reservation was switched to this location because the truck size I requested wasn't available where I requested. My original reservation was a remote pickup which apparently wasn't in place for the new location. I could not start the rental until 8am, which was an hour later than the reservation was for. I called the main U-Haul help number, was transferred several times but no one was able to help and told me I had to wait until this location opened. The place was not well maintained and no one ever showed up at the location. I finally had to call the help number to get the rental started. The truck had a low tire which needed air. I was delayed about 1,5 hours picking the truck up.

Joseph CThis place was a mess, the agent was not on site. The had the wrong mileage and wrong gas tank reading inputted into the system that caused me problems at check in. Nobody had my paperwork or confirmed the mileage reading or fuel reading at check in Completely unprofessional location
