Not sure where all the bad reviews come from. Yes there are some potholes in the lot, but otherwise there is nothing wrong with this place. The lady at the shop that checked me in was professional and explained everything to me. The gentlement in the yard was friendly and helped attached the trailer. This is a great UHaul; I will definitely use it again if I need a UHaul in this area.

TODD MI was overcharged for my u-haul that I had for 2 hours max! The gas was given to me almost on E. I traveled maybe 11miles total, had insurance coverage, and a dolly and I was charged 97.11 for 2 hours! I reached out to the place and they have not contacted me as of today to resolve the issue.
JADA RU haul was smelling so bad and it was dirty also there was some equipment which I didn’t even order
