The vehicle was dirty and the vehicle sounded like it was going to break down any minute. Inwas worried the whole time about my safety and if I was going to get stranded in the road. This vehicle has not been properly maintained. The staff was unfriendly except for the female worker. She was very helpful.

The pickup was quick and simple. Everyone there were courteous and responsive.

JOHN SI was scheduled for 4 o'clock pick up in Montrose. 1 hour before pick up I get an email my location has been moved across town. I called and let them know aI was not going to make it in time with the late change. The lady told me they would give me an extension. Cool. Once I get their. They tell me Im the one who needs to do the walk through and upload the pics. Ok, now Im doing your job. Fine. The lady asks me how many miles, I stated ai didnt know so she said guess, but they would upload pics to see final use. I drop off van. I dont get a link to upload final Pics of odometer. I only went 9 miles. Today I looked at my receipt and they charged me for 26.5 miles and falsified the first reading of where the odometer was. Tsk, tsk. Be careful, these people are sneaky.
ANABEL Mclean where I rented the trailer in Kansas, but the drop-off in Houston was a gravel covered shit hole.
