I had a huge issue with this man at king street the neighborhood dealer He overcharged and we never signed up for insurance our bill was supposed to be 30$ only LET US KNOW ASAP

The worker at this establishment added insurance to my rental that I did not ask for. He did not ask me or confirm with me. He did not go over the price with me, and I assumed I was paying for what I agreed to pay uhaul online. However, I was charged an extra 75$ that I did no agree to pay for insurance I did not want or need. Disappointed in this establishment.
