This company over charged me ... there was no gas in the vehicle when I got it, I've taken pictures because I knew this was going to happen and when I told the owner he said its fine and not to worry. I received a call from uhaul almost two weeks later asking if I dropped the vehicle off because it was never checked in. Now, they're trying to charge my card another 70 $. I also never received the dolly I paid for. I explained all of this to the uhaul person that called but still dealing with mess. I also emailed uhaul with my pictures and contact and would like a response and for this to be corrected immediately!Adina S.

They never emailed me a receipt. When I complained to the area manager at uhaul, he initially did not respond. Finally after 3 days Casey sent me an email verifying the drop off. I do not expect to ever get a receipt from the drop off location. Never use uhaul.Arthur M.

Reserved the row dolly and when I got there he said he did not have it. He proceeded to send me to another location down the street to check if they had one. When i arrived it closed an hour before. Thankfully a worker was still there and helped me. Right light was out and very unprofessional service at Wireless Max. Also had to hook up tow dolly on my own. Wish I could've had a discount but I will settle for leaving a bad review.SALOTE P.
We returned the box truck on Sunday the 20th , but we've been charged TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY FOUR DOLLARS for a false delivery date claiming it wasn't returned until the 23rd while the truck was at their facility and extra mileage fees! Now after the fact this location is still attempting to bill me an additional $84 for god knows what!? Unacceptable customer service and fees, won't be using using uhaul ever again.Cinnamon C.
Well first, this was not my original pick up location and I didn't receive an email or phone call telling me that this was where I needed to go. I got a ride to my original pick up location only to be told that it was somewhere else. Luckily the manager at that location took me to the new pick up spot. We get there to find that the establishment was closed and there is no lockbox. We had to bang on the back door for someone to finally come, and when he did he had an attitude. The truck, who he said had been sitting there for 4 days wasnt even checked in to their system. The manager from the Westpark location had to do it for him and then proceeded to check me out there. If the manager wouldn't have taken me from Westpark to this location, I probably would've never gotten my usual. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Oh also the truck still had bags of food and pillows in it.Mia W.
They didn't know how I was for the first hour I arrived. Kept saying they didn't have the key, wouldn't even let me enter the store. Had to call a U-Haul rep at the 1-800 number and wait on hold for at least 30 minutes and keep getting disconnected. Received keys an hour later without the proper rental equipment in the truck, yet I was charge $25 for it and didn't have any rental equipment , was also charged $150 fee for not returning the same equipment I never received. It's not very noticeable at all that this is a UHAUL pick up/drop off location. There's only a very small UHAUL sticker on the door. The agent was not familiar with customers being able to pick up a rental without having the actual card in hand; I had to walk him thru what he should key in his system to allow the bypass of running the card.reva E.
return my money for a failed order !!! My order from 07/22/2019 for the amount of $ 302.50 !!! Today 4 business day and you do not return the money !!! The order was not completed due to the fact that I did not have a cord for lighting, your specialists did not help me in your stores and there was no such cord. why don't you have these cords, the right parts, and not sell them in your offices on site? I spent half a day searching for the cord in a strange city. the next day I found the cord and placed the order elsewhere. but in the contract I did not specify the address of the delivery of the trailer. another question, why do I have to pay at least three days to rent a trailer, if I need one for one day and I need to drive only 300 miles? I paid not a little money. and I am grieved that so far my money for the canceled order has not been returned to me. Return the money !!!Dzmitry S.
The young woman who checked me out DID NOT accompany me or help hook up the trailer. My truck is in good working order and I am experienced in trailer hook up. But to not have a raep from U-Haul make sure the lights were functioning or the trailer was secure is extremely poor business practice for a company such as U-Haul. This cell phone repair shop/trailer rental place was a big joke.Leslie W.

I have rented many times before, and this is the first time that I was told that they do not help with trailer hook-up. They did come out to try to help, but did not know as much as I did. Both were very polite and tried to accommodate. She know the processing of the paperwork well, so all went quickly.Ken W.

Horrible experience. Hard to find. Run out of a cellular store front. All rentals I have done in the past with you, the employees hook up the trailers. This one gave me a receipt, no rental agreement and pointed me to the trailer. Terrible customer service!JAMES K.
