I showed up and nobody was there to talk to and the inside of the building smelled like cigarettes and was very hot. There was cigarette butts all over the floor of the entrance. The U-Haul van itself smelled horrible, which gave me migraines from driving and smelling that horrible smell the entire time I will definitely not be recommending this place at all.

Began telling me how u-haul really Fu-ked me charging me for 4 days rather than what i really need , the trailer wasn't even hooked up right , about 2 blocks away i had to stop an titan the tung , Sorry to have t send this . I feel u-haul deserves better representation .
