The gentleman at the counter was very friendly - however, he did have a hard time finding the key to the vehicle - which took some time. However, the experience my husband and I had just to get to this second location, was not acceptable. (We wrote an email as well to Uhaul) because of the inaccuracies given to us by a few representatives, we were 2 hours delayed in getting our Cargo Van. We were sent to the first place to find out we could not take the van, even though I made several phone calls before had to be sure it was ok. This was a very frustrating way to begin our day. I do feel some sort of refund should be in order because of the incorrect information we were given.
