It was a pain in the neck to get the uhaul with the online pick up. Nobody was helpful.

Stephanie BThey were closed for the holiday but the office was open and no sign stating they were closed. After 30 minutes of waiting for someone in the office we called U-Haul customer service and asked how to pick up truck. Had to change pick up time and use app. App is glitchy and hard to use. Pick up took us an hour by the time we waited, figured out location was closed, and connected with customer service.
Drew CLocation looked like an abandoned lot, hours were very strange and was unable to communicate with anyone.
