They asked me to put my keys in a lock box, but did not give a lock box combination. There was nobody there (I was returning after hours), so I had to call the UHaul line and leave my keys in a nearby building.

THEODORE MAlthough the truck was less than 2K, a/c was inoperable. I made a 275 miles trip over 85 degrees hot. I ended up all sweet.
WILFREDO Gi was charged twice (on two separate days) for my rental. Not counting the’hold’ amount charged when i picked up the truck. i only had the truck for one evening. aamco , where i rented, confirms this. i have photos and evidence! yet uhaul refuses to correct the charging error
CHRIS GDifficult process with the numerous photos etc that you have to take/submit. I've used UHAUL in the past & never remember having to go through all that!
