Put all requested items by clients in the truck. I paid for furniture pads/blankets but they were not in the truck.

The price is overrated.
Amylee R.Inside of the vehicle wasn't very clean. Crumbs/crap on floor boards, bullet and pencil in center cubby/cupholder area and service stabilitrack kept popping up. Not your guys fault on location, but very hard to back vehicle out onto that busier street.

Peter D.The location is not well lit. The driveway was small and hard to back into. I was not able to use the app to return the trailer and was told that I would be contacted by staff, which I was not. I turned the trailer in 12 hours before it was due but the staff but that it was late on the receipt. I was then charged an additional $80 for no reason and Uhaul staff can't explain either. It has been 10 days and I still have not been repaid that money or given an explanation- even after reaching out to the location on Facebook!! Sue from Emmons, still waiting!!
