This was the best U-Haul experience I have ever had! The reservation were easy as 123. I checked in on my phone and did all my paperwork and as soon as I walked in to pick up my reservations it took no more then 4 min for them to make sure it was me and give me keys ! This was awesome thank y'all!

I showed up a few minutes early in an effort to get on the road shortly after my 8am pick up time. The attendant tried to charge me for an extra day because I was a few minutes earlier than 8:00. I had to change my next day return to 7:30 to avoid the extra day charge. I felt it was very sneaky of him to try to add the extra day without mentioning it to me. Also, this location is literally a gas station and you have to do business through a small opening in a security glass at the counter while you have to step aside when customers come in to buy beer and cigarettes. Very ghetto and unprofessional.
