As I checked in to rent this truck he explained the after hours return, and if it wasn't done I would be charged $20.00. I thought right away this is probably very hard and doesn't work so everybody gets charged the extra $20. When I returned the truck at 6:30 pm I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to do the online return. I kept getting errors saying it could not verify my location. I think this is wrong and I should be refunded my $20. I'm very dissatisfied and think this is a shady practice for a big business. no masks, no fuel in trucks, got charged for low fuel even after putting fuel in and only driving 37 miles, truck only had 3/8 tank of fuel when i rented it, fuel gauges don,t read proper when its that low, should have been at least 1/2 when rented out.elderly people like me are not good with fancy phones or computers might not even own them, making people check out the damage on trucks and checking them back in or get charged on line is very stupidMichael S.
The location we rented a unit from called the day before our move and said they wouldn't have a unit available but transferred our reservation to this location but they only had a larger truck, to offset the cost we would be issued a check. This place charged us 3 times what we would have paid and made us pay upfront and the took our reservation from 2 days down to 1 day. The guy was a real jerk.Forrest K.
Was unable to view text to view report on truck prior to leaving with it. Tried again 15 minutes later and message said I was too late! When returning uhaul was unable to log in to make sure I wasnt being ripped off in any say. System or person who assisted me may need updating!!CHERYL J.

This isn't the locations fault probably. More about U-Haul scheduling and contingencies. My truck was not turned in which left me truckless on the day I needed to move. You sent me to Kenosha to pick up a truck but left no keys so I had to drive an hour each way for nothing. The next morning I was able to secure a truck and move but it was fricken stressful and way harded because of U-Haul's inability to deliver.Randy B.

We as customers go through this terrible and tedious process with the truck return yet you as employees do not even check the truck yourself. Mine had a lighter, cigarettes, paint brushes and an empty Gatorade container in the driving area. Took pics asap when I first got in the car and left them there. Not touching that crap. With covid you would think the cab area would be at least checked and wiped down. Obviously not otherwise those items wouldn't of been there.Jeremy R.

Dropped off the trailer and the personal asked if could put in a a specific spot which was no problem. The only issue I had was that Uhaul had me drive past at least three other uhaul locations to drop off my trailer 13 miles away.Jim P.
