Very busy, high traffic area, nothing they can do about that. Also no bathroom, but while I was in the store for 10 minutes, 15 people wanted a bathroom, it would be never ending to maintain it and keep it clean. A tough situation.

Have friendlier staff explain the drop off process rather than dual tasking fuel ups as well
JUSTIN WThis location is good, but the guys over there try to scam you by saying the previous damage is done by you. Then, when you stand on your ground and ask them to check the images u took before first they act they don't care, then ask for fuel money :)

JANICE JBeing charged extra for 100 mile when my trip was 66 miles total. Also being charged for damage I did not do and no evidence it was not there before. I will never rent from U-Haul again ESPECIALLY that location. I will be going to the better business bureau about this and posting anywhere I can on social media. This is extortion and unfair.
