Fulfill the terms of the reservation. Have the truck available at the time the customer requested it. Learn the reservation program and how to troubleshoot software issues. Ensure that U-Haul has the correct address for the pick-up location. Better signage with street address would be helpful. The whole process further delayed departure by 1,5 hours.

The fellow on the front counter was both friendly and helpful. However, my experience when picking my receipt up from the office was not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this location as a drop off because I feel I was chastised unfairly for the cleanliness of the truck when it was due to bug spatter, something completely unavoidable and out of my control when driving for nine hours on northern highways. He was unable to offer a solution as to what I could have done differently, agreed that it was not my responsibility to take it to a truck wash before returning it, then told me he wouldn't charge me as though he was doing me a favour.

DYLLAN JThe place was ok. The lady inside was also very helpful. Overall it took a little getting used to as I had to use the app I think my second time around will be very much better as now I understand the concept that you use third parties to deliver and receive your vehicles. I was expecting it to be like Uhaul stores. I like the concept as you value convenience for customer maybe a little more descriptions on the website would help. I will however definitely use Uhaul again if the need arises.
