I filled the gas tank up to full and over fullled it by 1/2 a tank will I get paid the differents the $ 40.00 dollars and was priced too much maybe $20.-30 dollars but the service was ok!!.Thomas F.
The staff member at the Fireplace Outlet was great, she even waited for me to call and verify that my insurance does not cover UHauls (I have USAA). Truck was clean, and I checked the truck back in after hours on a Sunday using the app without any issue. No issues at all.John C.

The return process using the downloaded phone application did not work for us. While I couldn't use my cell phone (work issued and cannot download), I had my husband come to pick me up. His download didn't work because the information I gave at time of rental didn't enable him to activate. It must be made clear to those returning when not open that the information must be consistent (phone number, name, etc) in order for download to work. Thank you for accepting the written return and voice mail message in lieu of the online app check in.Margaret P.
I did a self pick up. My photos kept being rejected, which was very stressful as I could not wait until the next morning. I'd recommend that people are told to turn their screen brightness all the way up. I'm not sure how to get around this one, but when you self pick up you may be doing it at sunrise or at night and that affected my ability to take the photos. I was also charged for an extra day, which I am trying to resolve with Uhaul.Julie A.
