The site was not a corporate site, my online reservation with Uhaul did not include insurance as I have insurance. When I came to pick up the trailer, the Uhaul software charged me insurance that I specifically had refused. It was basically a fraudulent charge that the attendant could not override as uhaul software added and would not allow it to be removed I will NOY ho back to that dealer again!

Paul D.The only issue with us, was the after hours checkin process. The app was easy to navigate, but the place that we rented the van from , was not listed to check it in. Left the van at the rental place and the staff their checked it in for us, the following mornning, with no issues. All was correct.
