This is a shitty location. The location lied to me in the morning that no truck is available. Central customer care was super useless. When i reached the location so many trucks were available. Turns out they just lie to customers that no truck is available as walk-ins make them more money. All through this ordeal, i had no sympathy from anyone in any uhaul department. The central customer service had the audacity to not even transfer me to a supervisor telling me to buzz off. I plan to sue Uhaul in small claims court for the extra money i had to pay the movers. Its a syndicate/nexus of mymove and uhaul to make more money off customers.ANKIT S.

My reserved one way rental was apparently not there at the site. They just gave me customer care number to talk and figure it out myself. Seriously? This is what you mean by $50 reservation guarantee? In the end I had no option but take a rental that I had to return back at the same location. It costed me 1.5 times of original cost, not to mention the extra headache of driving back, plus needing a ride back, and all the stress that came with this messed up reservation. After I checked in during my reservation time, I left the truck at the location for a couple of hours to drop stuff off that was in my car. When I came back to pick up the truck, I was told it was given to another customer. Luckily, someone else had returned a truck at the same time, but if that hadn't happened, I would have been very late to meet the movers. Luckily everything worked out fine but it's still scary to think of what could have happened. Otherwise, everyone at the location was super friendly and helpful. This is the second time in a row that we were unable to rent via our corporate account. There's something wrong with your computer system. As those corporate reservations keep failing at the U-Haul office in Kirkland. Each time we have had to cancel the corporate reservation and do a regular purchase. As business owners, we are frustrated we cannot use our corporate account that problems. And it is taking us almost an hour each time to deal with the mess. Extremely unhappy and hopefully we will fix this before we use another company.SHAWNA H.
The online reservation process meeds some polishing, the extreme anxiety it created was no responsibility of Kirkland- they were great. My reservation was for a 15 ft truck at a given rate. When I arrived, there was no 15 ft truck & I was never notified of this. Additionally, the price for the smaller 10 ft truck was $100 more. After calling corporate my price quote was finally honored, but I still only received a 10 ft truck. Of course this created extreme anxiety & I was unable to move my $300 ladder to Oregon & it will need to be replaced.FRANK ALEXANDER N.
