I had no problem at all with the location. Super nice family. My problem was calling uHaul for roadside assistance. I was on the phone for over an hour, and STILL no one answered. I tried to use the chat feature too with the same disregard. Like I told my son, "God forbid this had been a real emergency." This was inexcusable.
