Great Experience at this location. I will likely never use your services again due to the poor overall experience of our reservation being cancelled the day before our move and having to drive 2 hours to pick up a truck. If a reservation is scheduled, the truck should be there. Take a deposit or something to ensure the truck is held and available when scheduled. This is the 3rd time something of this sort has happened with Uhaul. Never again. But B&S Dry Ice was the highlight of our experience. Customer service was excellent.

The vehicles a/c and heat only blew from the defroster. This caused or feet to freeze for the entire 8 hr trip. It was most unpleasant.
CHARLES BI have my lawyer go be calling y’all for charging me $1,842.99 dollars to my account saying I owe y’all because somebody got hurt in y’all U-Haul and they sueing y’all have nothing to do with me then y’all blaming me and charging me
CHELSE MI was charged a $200.37 deposit and was charged the entire deposit
