The interior of the store smelled of urine. The owner is hard to understand and gruff, which made the process take longer The owner tried to say there was 1/thank gas, when there was barely 1/8. Also, they charged me 44,06 more than I should have been charged.

Louis SI will seek out another location for any and all future UHaul needs. Luckily my brother-in-law spoke some Italian and was able to communicate with the owner otherwise I would have rated my experience poor or very poor.
