The owner was nice, but the place is a complete dump. It's kind of a mix between a trailer park and a junk yard. I arrived at the time of my pickup (8am) and nobody was there. I texted and called all the numbers (2 in the email and 1 on the building). Nobody answered or responded until an hour after my pickup time, when the owner of the location called from a different number apologizing that he was just now seeing my reservation. We did a “mobile sign-in†which just means he let me hook the trailer up to my truck, tell him which trailer it was, and leave. He was nice because he called to make sure I had it all figured out. But it was all very unprofessional.
