Had to wait 20 minutes for the Uhaul employee to return to the premises. The 6x12 covered trailer was very old and had a roll up door instead of the the two doors that swing open. Lose space with the roll up door. Hit my head several times going in and out of the trailer due to the iverhead door. Had to pull a trailer out of the way to get to the trailer that was assigned to me. Connected the trailer to my truck by myself. When I returned the trailer once again no one on the premises. Checked out the return trailer online. I'll go somewhere else next time. The place looked like a junk yard.

So poorly marked I ended up missing it and had to do a u turn, it looked like some sort of scrap yard for uhauls once I finally got in. No personnel on site at 7:30pm which is fine, but I guess no one checked the Dropbox in the morning because a day later I’m getting an email from U-Haul saying I never returned the equipment.
