The employee was very helpful and friendly.
ROBERT JMy location was switched without notifying me. I had to have it switch back to the original location and that took awhile in the phone. The parking lot we dropped off in was terrible, there were severe pot holes that weren’t good for my personal vehicle. I snipped the ease of using my phone for the return but the process took awhile.
Catherine AUhaul failed to text or email me to tell me where to return the vehicle. I had to pursue this after-hours via multiple channels to get a response. Their app logged me in as another customer and leaked this customer's personal information to me. I would not recommend anything Uhaul-related in the future.
