J'avais commandé un chariot, mais j'étais surpris de ne pas l'avoir en venant récupérer le camion, et à cause de cela j'ai dû faire des retards pendant le déménagement ! Si on m'avait dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chariot dès le début, j'aurais dû louer ailleurs, au lieu de me laisser prendre au dépourvu à la dernière minute. En plus le monsieur m'avait rien expliqué et a pris beaucoup de temps pour me libérer le camion, presque 30 minutes de retard, juste pour confirmer mon identité, je trouve ça ridicule !

The truck was really all dirty, but I was like ok it's just to move some things and above all they decide to charge me for cleaning the truck. This is unacceptable.

Mohammad KI made a claim, reference ID 5053706. I booked my truck for 8 AM, the shop owner told me that the person responsible for uhaul rentrals won't be there before 9h AM. When I insisted, he called the 'employee' who proceeded to open the contract remotely. She did not tell me about the safety deposit, I had to ask her why I was charged more than initially estimated. She also didn't mention that they didn't have the trolley and furniture pads I booked online. When I asked if they are ready, she told they don't have them so she didn't charge them. When I came back to return my truck, the uhaul representative also was not there, there was another lady running the shop who asked me to leave the keys and leave the shop. I had to insist on closing my contract before I leave as the truck was still under my responsibility until I made sure my contract was closed. I also used it for less time than estimated and wished it would reflect on my final bill. Here again, she had to call the lady running the uhaul rentals to close the contract remotely. I asked for my receipt, I noticed then that she did indeed charge me for the equipment I was told I wouldn't be charge for. She asked me to ask u-haul directly for a refund, that's why I have the claim number above. I strongly believe she avoids answering questions or makes false claims to avoid interacting with custumers, this behavior is extremly unprofessional. I asked for the name of the lady running the u haul rentals 'remotely', her name is Kayna el Tayib. The service at this location is extremely poor. I rented from uhaul before and didn't experienced this.
Michel SOne thing that happened is that I had planned to pick up the truck at 09:00 but I couldn't pick it up before 09:50 (50 min late) which delayed my move! while to return the truck at 14:00 I returned it at 14:20 and I was overcharged! so I don't think that's right! Thank you
