The only issue I had is that the original pick up location didn't have my reserved truck. So after an hour of running around to 2 other locations I had to settle for a smaller truck. And at no point was I offered reimbursement for the gas or inconvenience that all this running around cost me. Not even a discount on the truck I finally ended up settling for

It was not a UHaul location, it was a garage with a big parking lot, behind it. The man that assisted me was very nice but knew nothing about the process just had a phone number to call, had I needed help with a hitch or lights I would have been out of luck. I received a verbal amount for the rental but did not get a receipt. It was a perfect trailer, nicest one I have ever used.
