Poor condition. Dirty. Put down rental equipment we never got. Billed incorrect mileage. Did not speak English. Hate to wait 1 hr for them to return. Building was open. I did not feel save at the location. I was told daily for 2 wks my truck would be at U-Haul in Snellville. This delayed out packing 4 hours. This was 2nd place I was sent. No one ever game to the first location I was directed to.

Fine but I was not given any leeway on the Mileage which was 13 miles from my starting location. I was charge for mileage. I want a refund.

The inside of the U Haul cab was very dirty....food all over the seats....mud on handles inside cab...mud and leaves all over floor......just overall DIRTY! When I mentioned this to the people inside they said that the truck had been returned late the night before and they didn't have time to clean it because they had their business to run and couldn't tend to it.

Nothing was wrong with the equipment or location, but the people who were in charge of the Gas Mart did not correctly help us. We were charged a wrong amount, some people working didn't know how to check us out when we returned the uhaul truck, etc. So I would suggest that all people working have a better understanding of helping people do this.

The location I picked up at was fine. However, trying to locate a truck via your customer service was very poor! I had the unfortunate opportunity to have my call answered by Emily. She was rude, unhelpful, arrogant and difficult to work with. When I asked for her supervisor, she refused. When I insisted to speak with her supervisor she hung up on me. I had to re-call and start your process over again. I have been in customer service for 15 yrs and if I acted like she did, I would be fired. She is horrible!

i spent $11+ for gas (3 gal) to get the fuel tank back to pre-departure reading. my total miles was only 14 miles. this is approx 4,7 mpg. pretty poor in my opinion!

I reserved a 14 foot truck. I told the person when I called I didn't need a big truck, but I did reserve and got confirmation that I reserved a 14 foot truck. When I arrived, I was given a 10 foot truck and told that because I had said I didn't need a big truck that he had changed my reservation to a 10 foot without telling me. Consequently, I had to make two trips instead of one and that cost me extra mileage that he refused to refund me. I was never notified of the change in the truck and the customer service was horrible. No one has called to refund me the mileage difference for two trips or help me with this issue. I will not rent from Uhaul because of this ever again. My move cost me twice as much because of this change that was not authorized on my part.

When I reserved the van the counter person did not know what to do to reserve the van. Someone else had to call me later to complete the reservation.

I have no problem with the owner and employees at the Four Queens Gas Mart. I do however have an issue with your booking policies. I reserved a truck to be ready at 7am and I was a couple of hours late picking it up. Since I had the truck for a 24 hour period starting at the 7am point I figured I was safe sleeping in for an extra hour or 2. I figured incorrectly. I went up there roughly at 9 am and was informed that my truck was rented out from underneath me and it was done by the U-Haul office which overrides their local database at the station I reserved the vehicle at. I did not receive any notification that this would happen to me. Had I any knowledge of this being an issue I would have woken up an hour earlier. This forced me to scramble and I was able to come up with another truck but this was not without cost on my part. Due to the time switch I lost 2 of my helpers and most of a day which in turn made me none too happy. Knowing these are your policies and that they are unlikely to change I greatly doubt I will being doing business with U-Haul again and I certainly will not be recommending your services either. If you can't go far enough to make a quick phone call to ensure that I am not interested you obviously aren't interested in my business or my good word.

Woman at pick up location was completely clueless. We had reserved a truck and dolly online. There was no dolly and she said that was the problem reserving "online." ??? She said that we would need to be patient because she wasn't good with the computer "mouse." It was early morning and she obviously had not a clue what to do. We waited for 40 minutes and then later had to take time out of our day to go the the 6th avenue store to retrieve the dolly that we had "reserved." Would not reccomend this pickup location.

I RENTED THE UHAUL AT 1/8TH OF A TANK. THE LADY SAID IT WAS HER 3RD TIME EVER RENTING OUT A UHAUL. NO PERSON WAS THERE TO ASSIST HER. I BROUGHT THE UHAUL BACK WITH 1/8TH OF A TANK. LATER I WAS CONTACTED, ABOUT THE FUEL LEVEL. THE PERSON TOLD ME IF I DONT PAY FOR THE FUEL I WILL BE CHARGED 4.50.

The staff during pickup were very pleasant and helpful. However, I dropped off the truck later than expected and the representative made it very obvious that she was not pleased. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional; I can't remember the last time I was treated so poorly. Had this not happened, I would have rated the location "excellent."

I ordered a hand dolly and they did not have one available. It would be nice to know beforehand if the site has the product I ordered. The owner was very helpful, however, in trying to accomodate me. This is a U-Haul website issue. Also, the U-Haul computer made me order 1 set of furniture pads. The site manager said that he would have to call U-Haul to change the order. I was in a hurry, so I accepted the $5 pads. This was a "forced sale' that I did not appreciate from U-Haul. Again, this was a problem with U-Haul and not from the owner of the location where I picked up the truck. Bottom Line; Great location, but U-Haul itself has some issues.

The owner did not make the renting time go into the 45 minute range.It was the uhaul computor that would not respond.He finally got an uhaul agent on the line but that line failed.He finally got lucky when he tried it again.I have rented quite a few vans over the years.The paper work is less but if the computor at uhaul over rides the rental place it is uhaul fault.I believe this rental cost me money.I had a planned time to do business.John Ehnat

It took 65 minutes to check out the truck, and 50 minutes to check it back in... and it tried to charge me for two days even though it had only been less than one. Basically, I spent more time trying to get the truck and return it than I did driving it. Totally sucked.
