Pickup location was well kept and the person in charge was very nice and easy to work with. Uhaul reservations and scheduling are very poor. When I booked I picked a drop off close to my destination. Uhaul offered me a significant discount if I dropped off at their preferred location, which I accepted. I was also called a couple of days prior to pickup to change that location to one that had the trailer I wanted. When I picked up the whole system was messed up and my discount was lost...the second time this has happened in the last 16 months while renting a Uhaul trailer. I had to call a regional manager and ask them to apply a refund to cover the promised discount. This needs to be fixed!!! The regional manager was amazing and super nice...the pickup location was super nice and totally apologetic for the continued errors.
