Ricardo T.I know I returned the truck after hours on a Saturday, but no one at the gas station was helpful at all. The lock box was covered in spiders and spider webs. The online UHaul application wouldn't advance after I uploaded the picture of the dashboard so I couldn't check in the truck, and the general phone number went unanswered. The next morning, the representative at the general UHaul phone number did help me and took care of getting the representative at the Valero station to check in the truck.
