Fix your website and app. Absolutely horrible trying to complete on line check in using the app. Neither app or website would allow reservation to be edited.
RICK F.The van had a hole in the ceiling that the company knew about and still rented the van to me! They were going to get the van to the place I dropped it off to be repaired but rented it to me so I could pay to move their damaged truck to their final destination. This is very underhanded. Thank goodness the weather cooperated.
