Make the app work better. I entered the correct information and it tried to say I was 10k miles over. Could have been an issue with the pick up cause she didn't process all the information or something.

The wheel felt messed up it took 45 minutes for them to find the key when they said they only had 1 truck and it was 26ft even though there is at least 10 trucks there and idk if I'll ever use uhaul again personally

PAUL PI am two days later and still have not received an invoice confirmation from when I dropped off the truck. I was charged an additional $8.15 and nobody can tell me why there’s no documentation on why I would like to say I called the 800 number twice both young ladies I spoke to were great, but they both said they would have the field supervisor reach out to me and I never heard back from them so totally disappointed in the drop off location customer service again still waiting for some sort of receipt
