When I scheduled my my point to point rental I was scheduled to return the truck to a dealer on New Circle road in Lexington. I went there and was told they didn't have room for that truck and made me go to Bailey's Carpet Barn 15 miles out of my way. I was never alerted that I would not be able to return the truck to the scheduled location. Also I tried to call the location in Ballwin and after waiting 45 minutes to reach someone I gave up. The second tIme I called I had to wait over 20 minutes then had to speak with a call center and not the actual location. Your trucks work fine but your customer server is atrocious.

The trailer was very very worn out and scratched up but it served it's purpose fine. However the connection for the light hook up was corroded and we had to clean it before we could use the trailer or get it to work. The location we picked it up from was not great. The lady was very nice however not very professional or clear about what was going on. I would not have gone to this location but it is where U-Haul assigned us.

The sign of the Uhaul is too tiny to find. it just like a credit card reminder on the window of the door. We went two laps to find it.

The trailer was in poor condition and because of a faulty hitch, it came off and caused us to have a blow out on a very busy highway. Luckily the only damage to our vehicle was our tire which had o 12 inch tear in it inferiorly.

I got there 5 min after 5:00 they were gone the contract said the hours off dealers was until 7:00 so I Santiago for sure where to park and I feel I got ripped off about the gas so next time I will only deal with a live perso or another company

PUT A JACK ON THE TRAILER!!!!! It is inconceivable to me that the trailer didn't have a jack. An enclosed 6x12 trailer should not be without a jack, come on UHAUL do better.

Rented Thursday for 1 day at 5:00 pm. Was told to let them know if I needed another day. Called next day early afternoon advising need another day but would probably be a little late after 4PM closing. Was told just drop off in front of store. Dropped off at 6PM. Was charged a 3rd day. If had been told 1 hour late would cause charge for another day charge I would have hurried up and returned by closing. You all are a rip off. Never see me again!!!

This location was kind of out of town, not a full-service UHaul facility, and kind of a dump. BUT the great part was the gentleman that checked us in/out - friendly and efficient.
