Drop off went off without a hitch. Ms Dee was incredibly helpful and responsive to my concerns about both the truck and possibly being charged for the terrible state I picked it up in. When I told her about the tire pressure, she immediately got her coworker, Manny, to get it fixed. She even tried to get me some kind of discount, and called me later to follow up. Exemplary staff and location.

Zobayer F.Great drop off location. Parking lot is large and easily accessible. It wasn't clear if I was in the correct location, UHaul lists it as Pak Mail, but that is not the name of the location, I had to look for the building number.
