1 hour filing out the reservation paperwork that I filled out on line. Had to call a manager to figure out how fill out the rental paperwork. Manager did not answer so I was forced to wait. Pre inspection of the auto transport trailer rented was unserviceable and the agent refused to attempt to correct. Told me I had to call U-Haul. Agents here did not know their job.

RENATO PAll went well. The attendant made sure the trailer was ready to go, connected correctly and that all the lights worked as required.

Gilbert BDrop off went off without a hitch. Ms Dee was incredibly helpful and responsive to my concerns about both the truck and possibly being charged for the terrible state I picked it up in. When I told her about the tire pressure, she immediately got her coworker, Manny, to get it fixed. She even tried to get me some kind of discount, and called me later to follow up. Exemplary staff and location.
