armin W.Actually include the equipment the customer paid for. I requested a dolly when I made the reservation and one WAS NOT provided. Additionally, I don't understand why I'm being charged $35 for “fuel†when the gas needle barely moved since I hardly drove the truck. I'm fine paying the mileage and rental fees, but I refuse to pay for equipment I didn't use and the rough equivalent of a full tank of gas; I will be contacting customer service to refund these portions of my bill, and failing that, contacting my bank to dispute the entire charge.
